NST and NIT 
Is a comprehensive program of soft tissue manipulation techniques that balance the central nervous system (brain, spinal cord and nerves) with the structure and form of the musculoskeletal system.

Treatment is used to locate and release spasms and hypercontraction in the tissues: Gentle touch allows the muscles and ligaments surrounding the spine to relax, permitting bones to shift back into alignment which restores proper biomechanics and flexibility to the tissue: rebuild the strength to injured tissues and assist venous and lymphatic flow.
